About Mark and Simba
Mark and Simba are bonded 3 months old siblings who had a rocky start to life with their wild and pregnant mum being found on the side of the road battling the effects of paralysis ticks. One week later, after being saved by the vets, Mark and Simba and their 5 brothers and sisters were born. Their caring humans that found Mum couldn’t leave this new furry family behind so within hours of being born, Mum and her 7 babies all came to live at their new foster home.
Mark and Simba are the Yin and Yang of the family and have stuck together right
from the start.
Simba is a sweet, cuddly and affectionate purr machine who loves nothing more than being picked up and stroked. Every so often she gets the zoomies and runs circuits and and jumps from one scratching post from the next. This may only last a minute or 2 before she is following you into the kitchen to talk and tell you she is hungry for food and more cuddles.
Mark is a very calm and soft big boy with amazing inquisitive eyes. He can be quite
shy, but once he gets to know you, he is an absolute cuddle monster and loves
hanging out with his humans or curling up on them to snooze the day away. He will
always come to greet you and say hello, and will certainly let you know when he is
hungry! Mark is quite playful but also happy to just hang out, look out the window or
watch whatever you are up to. When his brothers and sisters are running riot, he can
be one of the first to get involved and then one of the first to calm down and come
and sit on your lap. He is also a muscly boy who sometimes looks like he is doing a
gym workout on his favourite climbing tree!
Due to their superfriendly personalities this bonded pair would suit most types of households. Give them a little bit of time to settle in and feel safe enough and they will be incredibly loving and affectionate.
If you are interested in adopting Mark and Simba, please email us, send us a fb message or call us on 0404 753 227. We will help organise a meet and greet in her foster home in Dee Why.
Cat accessories such as carriers, litter trays, litter scoops, food bowls, etc. are all available for purchase at SAFE Haven. All proceeds are going back to the pets waiting to find loving homes.
