About Fred (Freddie!)
Meet Fred!!
Fred is a 6 month old orange tabby. Fred had one of his back legs amputated so he is a little tripod! This doesn’t stop him from jumping onto your bed for a cuddle or running down the hallway at full speed when he hears his food being opened. He is still a little sensitive where he had the surgery so he doesn’t like being touched there!
Fred is currently living with another kitty (Bellatrix) and they love playing and snuggling with each other. He loves playing with stick toys and loves sleeping by your feet. When he wants attention, he’ll come to you and sit patiently until you notice him.
A typical day for Fred consists of lots of playtime with his sister, cuddles, playing with his toys, sunbathing, and being right on time for all his meals.
Fred would thrive in a home with another cat or as a single kitty and a home that can give him lots of love and playtime!
Fred has not been test
Adoption details
When someone contacts us to apply for an animal we will send an application form to be completed. When we receive a completed application form we will share this with the foster carer to approve the applicant.
We will then organise a meet & greet with the applicant and the foster carer to meet the animal, learn about their routine, behaviours and what they eat, drink, etc.
After the meet & greet the applicant is contacted to see if they want to proceed with the application and the foster carer approves the applicant.
We will then complete paperwork, payment, and organise a time to have the animal picked up.
Animals are then adopted on a 2 week trial, during which we stay in touch and provide support for the new adopter.
Once adopted we will send through vet records & paperwork and transfer their microchip.
We offer communication and support throughout the fostering & adoption process.
